MONO SEAL
It is typically used in construction and building applications, known for its strong adhesive properties and ability to create a watertight seal. Depending on the specific product, it may cure through exposure to moisture in the air or through other chemical reactions.
TYPE UN
Single lip, smooth surface. For various application.
TYPE ODI
Double lip, slightly textured, enhancing grip. Ideal for more demanding application.
TYPE IDI
Single lip, soft and pliable. Suitable for internal sealing flexibility.
TYPE T18
Double lip, rigid. For high-performance application in tough environments.
Nitrile (NBR) Buna-N & Low-Temp
currently the most extensively used elastomer in the Fluid Seal Industry. Furthermore, Nitrile oil seals incorporate exquisite reluctance to hydraulic oils, water, silicone greases, petroleum-based oils and fluids, and alcohols. Nitrile presents great stability of working attributes such as high tensile strength, high abrasion resistance, and low compression set combined with low cost.
PU (Polyurethane)
made from polyurethane typically smooth with slightly elastic feel.
Viton® (Fluoropolymer FKM)
distinguish a great resistance to solvents and petroleum oils. They are, therefore, great for high-temperature installations and have present low compression set attributes. Additionally, they are adapted for use with large chemical exposure and hard vacuum applications.
