Return Policy

  1. The customer will only get a refund after the seller has received an email within twenty-four (24) hours from the time the customer receives the products/goods. In the event that the Seller did not receive any email from the customer from the time he received such products/goods, the seller is not obliged to refund the applicable sum to the customer.
  2. The customer may return the products/goods when he/she receives a:
    1. Damaged product;
    2. Wrong item is delivered: or
    3. Receives a product, which is not advertised on the platform.
  3. In the event that there is a concern about the products/goods, the customer is obliged to show a proof by taking a photo of the product and send it to us through our email. In this case, Simplex Industrial Corporation and the customer will discuss and mutually agree who will bear the logistic cost of returning the item.
